According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of domestic electric machines (HS Code: 8509) in February 2024 amounted to 226.9 thsd pcs.
The import dropped by 12.2 thsd pcs (-5.1%) compared to the previous month.
The import of domestic electric machines year-on-year, compared to February 2023, grew by 94.7 thsd pcs (+71.7%).
Relative to the same month two years ago (February 2022), the import declined by 6.3 thsd pcs (-2.7%).
YTD, the import of domestic electric machines amounted to 465.9 thsd pcs, which is 171.9 thsd pcs (+58.5%) more compared to the same period last year.
