Ukraine: Imports of domestic electric machines for May 2024

According to data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in May 2024, the import of domestic electric machines (HS Code: 8509) totaled 219.5 thsd pcs.

Compared to the previous month, the import dropped by 76.3 thsd pcs (-25.8%).

In comparison to May 2023, the import of domestic electric machines showed a year-on-year decrease of 45.0 thsd pcs (-17.0%).

Relative to the same month two years ago (May 2022), the import rose by 121.0 thsd pcs (2.2 times).

The YTD import of domestic electric machines reached 1.3 mln pcs, increasing by 388.8 thsd pcs (+44.1%) compared to last year.
