According to data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of cars (HS Code: 8703) in August 2025 reached 33.8 thsd pcs.

Compared to the previous month, the import dropped by 2.8 thsd pcs (-7.7%).

Compared to August 2024, the import of cars year-on-year increased by 9.3 thsd pcs (+38.2%).

Two years ago, in the same month (August 2023), the import increased by 2.6 thsd pcs (+8.5%).

Year-to-date, the import of cars totaled 258.3 thsd pcs, up by 42.7 thsd pcs (+19.8%) compared to the previous year.
