According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in May 2024, the import of wadding of man-made fibres (HS Code: 560122) totaled 127.3 MT.

The import decreased by 152.7 MT (2.2 times) compared to the previous month.

In comparison to May 2023, the import of wadding of man-made fibres showed a year-on-year decrease of 30.7 MT (-19.4%).

Two years ago, in the same month (May 2022), the import increased by 65.9 MT (2.1 times).

The YTD import of wadding of man-made fibres reached 859.0 MT, increasing by 235.2 MT (+37.7%) compared to last year.
