According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of medicaments containing antibiotics (HS Code: 300420) in May 2024 amounted to 39.5 MT.

The import increased by 10.4 MT (+35.9%) compared to the previous month.

In comparison to May 2023, the import of medicaments containing antibiotics showed a year-on-year decrease of 11.3 MT (-22.2%).

Compared to the same month two years ago (May 2022), the import decreased by 27.0 MT (-40.6%).

The YTD import of medicaments containing antibiotics amounted to 156.3 MT, decreasing by 45.0 MT (-22.4%) compared to the same period last year.
