Azerbaijan: Exports of electricity for April and January-April 2024

According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of electricity (HS Code: 271600) in April 2024 reached 129.9 M kWh.
The export grew by 33.8 M kWh (+35.2%) compared to the previous month.
In comparison to April 2023, the export of electricity showed a year-on-year decrease of 252.4 M kWh (2.9 times).
Relative to the same month two years ago (April 2022), the export rose by 127.1 M kWh (46.1 times).
YTD, the export of electricity totaled 819.9 M kWh, which is 1.9 B kWh (3.4 times) less than last year's figure.
