According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of medicaments containing antibiotics (HS Code: 300420) in August 2024 amounted to 67.8 MT.

The import increased by 11.7 MT (+20.9%) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the import of medicaments containing antibiotics rose by 26.7 MT (+64.9%) compared to August 2023.

Relative to the same month two years ago (August 2022), the import rose by 13.0 MT (+23.8%).

The import of medicaments containing antibiotics YTD amounted to 315.6 MT, exceeding last year's value by 15.2 MT (+5.1%).
