Kazakhstan: Imports of unmanufactured tobacco for March 2025

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of unmanufactured tobacco (HS Code: 2401) in March 2025 amounted to 1.1 K MT.

The import dropped by 741.3 MT (-41.1%) compared to the previous month.

The import of unmanufactured tobacco year-on-year, compared to March 2024, grew by 424.9 MT (+66.6%).

Relative to the same month two years ago (March 2023), the import rose by 337.7 MT (+46.6%).

YTD, the import of unmanufactured tobacco amounted to 4.8 K MT, which is 2.6 K MT (2.2 times) more compared to the same period last year.
