According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of unmanufactured tobacco (HS Code: 2401) in May 2024 reached 501.1 metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the export decreased by 78.5 metric tons (-13.5%).
Compared to May 2023, the export of unmanufactured tobacco year-on-year increased by 325.1 metric tons (2.8 times).
Relative to the same month two years ago (May 2022), the export declined by 81.7 metric tons (-14.0%).
The YTD export of unmanufactured tobacco reached 3.7 thsd metric tons, increasing by 2.7 thsd metric tons (3.4 times) compared to last year.
