Azerbaijan: Exports of unmanufactured tobacco for August 2024

According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of unmanufactured tobacco (HS Code: 2401) in August 2024 reached 782.4 metric tons.

The export grew by 256.1 metric tons (+48.7%) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the export of unmanufactured tobacco rose by 553.0 metric tons (3.4 times) compared to August 2023.

In comparison to the same month two years ago (August 2022), the export increased by 169.9 metric tons (+27.7%).

Year-to-date, the export of unmanufactured tobacco totaled 5.6 thsd metric tons, up by 4.0 thsd metric tons (3.6 times) compared to the previous year.
