According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of
Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of unmanufactured tobacco (HS Code: 2401) in March 2024 amounted to 19.8 MT.
The export decreased by 108.0 MT (6.5 times) compared to the previous month.
Year-on-year, the export of unmanufactured tobacco dropped by 449.9 MT (23.7 times) compared to March 2023.
In comparison to the same month two years ago (March 2022), the export showed a decrease of 315.1 MT (16.9 times).
YTD, the export of unmanufactured tobacco totaled 271.6 MT, which is 667.0 MT (3.5 times) less than last year's figure.
