According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in July 2024, the export of salt (HS Code: 2501) totaled 2.6 thsd metric tons.
The export dropped by 319.6 metric tons (-10.8%) compared to the previous month.
In comparison to July 2023, the export of salt showed a year-on-year increase of 2.0 thsd metric tons (4.0 times).
Relative to the same month two years ago (July 2022), the export rose by 683.5 metric tons (+35.1%).
Year-to-date, the export of salt totaled 16.8 thsd metric tons, up by 9.8 thsd metric tons (2.4 times) compared to the previous year.
