According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in July 2025, the export of salt (HS Code: 2501) totaled 975.5 metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the export dropped by 1.3 thsd metric tons (2.3 times).
Year-on-year, the export of salt declined by 1.7 thsd metric tons (2.7 times) compared to July 2024.
In comparison to the same month two years ago (July 2023), the export increased by 324.7 metric tons (+49.9%).
The YTD export of salt amounted to 12.2 thsd metric tons, decreasing by 4.7 thsd metric tons (-27.8%) compared to the same period last year.
