According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of salt (HS Code: 2501) in April 2025 amounted to 2.0 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the export increased by 408.1 metric tons (+25.2%).
In comparison to April 2024, the export of salt showed a year-on-year decrease of 702.0 metric tons (-25.7%).
The export grew by 1.4 thsd metric tons (3.5 times) compared to the same month two years ago (April 2023).
The YTD export of salt amounted to 7.1 thsd metric tons, decreasing by 1.8 thsd metric tons (-20.4%) compared to the same period last year.
