Azerbaijan: Exports of cotton fiber for March 2024

According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in March 2024, the export of cotton fiber (HS Code: 5201) amounted to 15.2 thsd metric tons.
The export decreased by 25.7 metric tons (remained nearly unchanged) compared to the previous month.
In comparison to March 2023, the export of cotton fiber showed a year-on-year increase of 10.8 thsd metric tons (3.4 times).
Relative to the same month two years ago (March 2022), the export rose by 6.0 thsd metric tons (+64.8%).
The export of cotton fiber YTD amounted to 37.5 thsd metric tons, exceeding last year's value by 20.6 thsd metric tons (2.2 times).
