According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of
Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in July 2024, the export of cotton fiber (HS Code: 5201) amounted to 4.9 thsd metric tons.
The export grew by 4.2 thsd metric tons (6.5 times) compared to the previous month.
Year-on-year, the export of cotton fiber rose by 1.6 thsd metric tons (+48.4%) compared to July 2023.
In comparison to the same month two years ago (July 2022), the export increased by 4.1 thsd metric tons (6.2 times).
The export of cotton fiber YTD amounted to 51.7 thsd metric tons, exceeding last year's value by 14.7 thsd metric tons (+39.9%).
