According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of cotton fiber (HS Code: 5201) in August 2024 reached 9.2 thsd metric tons.
The export grew by 3.1 thsd metric tons (+51.0%) compared to the previous month.
The export of cotton fiber year-on-year, compared to August 2023, grew by 6.7 thsd metric tons (3.6 times).
In comparison to the same month two years ago (August 2022), the export increased by 7.8 thsd metric tons (6.6 times).
