According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in April 2025, the export of cotton fiber (HS Code: 5201) amounted to 14.4 thsd metric tons.
The export increased by 4.0 thsd metric tons (+38.7%) compared to the previous month.
Year-on-year, the export of cotton fiber rose by 326.7 metric tons (+2.3%) compared to April 2024.
In comparison to the same month two years ago (April 2023), the export increased by 10.4 thsd metric tons (3.6 times).
YTD, the export of cotton fiber totaled 41.1 thsd metric tons, which is 10.4 thsd metric tons (-20.3%) less than last year's figure.
