Azerbaijan: Imports of rice for December 2025

According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of rice (HS Code: 1006) in December 2025 reached 5.1 thsd metric tons.

The import increased by 762.6 metric tons (+17.6%) compared to the previous month.

The import of rice year-on-year, compared to December 2024, grew by 1.2 thsd metric tons (+32.3%).

Relative to the same month two years ago (December 2023), the import rose by 1.5 thsd metric tons (+40.0%).

YTD, the import of rice totaled 55.0 thsd metric tons, which is 9.3 thsd metric tons (-14.5%) less than last year's figure.
