According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in May 2024, the import of petroleum (HS Code: 2710) amounted to 84.5 thsd metric tons.

Compared to the previous month, the import decreased by 5.1 thsd metric tons (-5.6%).

The import of petroleum year-on-year, compared to May 2023, grew by 2.7 thsd metric tons (+3.3%).

Relative to the same month two years ago (May 2022), the import declined by 28.6 thsd metric tons (-25.3%).

Year-to-date, the import of petroleum totaled 333.3 thsd metric tons, up by 42.7 thsd metric tons (+14.7%) compared to the previous year.
