According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in May 2024, the import of fresh fish (HS Code: 302) totaled 301.4 metric tons.
The import dropped by 81.1 metric tons (-21.2%) compared to the previous month.
Year-on-year, the import of fresh fish rose by 40.2 metric tons (+15.4%) compared to May 2023.
In comparison to the same month two years ago (May 2022), the import increased by 156.1 metric tons (2.1 times).
The YTD import of fresh fish reached 2.1 thsd metric tons, increasing by 531.1 metric tons (+33.0%) compared to last year.
