Azerbaijan: Imports of synthetic fabrics for December 2025

According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in December 2025, the import of synthetic fabrics (HS Code: 5407) totaled 5.3 mln m2.

The import increased by 726.2 thsd m2 (+16.0%) compared to the previous month.

Compared to December 2024, the import of synthetic fabrics year-on-year decreased by 1.6 mln m2 (-23.4%).

In comparison to the same month two years ago (December 2023), the import showed a decrease of 4.8 mln m2 (-47.7%).

The YTD import of synthetic fabrics amounted to 77.7 mln m2, decreasing by 20.5 mln m2 (-20.9%) compared to the same period last year.
