According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of pile fabrics (HS Code: 6001) in August 2025 amounted to 468.3 metric tons.
The import decreased by 201.2 metric tons (-30.1%) compared to the previous month.
In comparison to August 2024, the import of pile fabrics showed a year-on-year decrease of 96.6 metric tons (-17.1%).
Relative to the same month two years ago (August 2023), the import declined by 661.0 metric tons (2.4 times).
YTD, the import of pile fabrics amounted to 4.0 thsd metric tons, which is 104.4 metric tons (+2.7%) more compared to the same period last year.
