Azerbaijan: Imports of flat rolled steel for October 2024

According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of flat rolled steel (HS Code: 7208) in October 2024 reached 19.5 thsd metric tons.

Compared to the previous month, the import increased by 3.5 thsd metric tons (+22.2%).

Compared to October 2023, the import of flat rolled steel year-on-year increased by 8.8 thsd metric tons (+82.0%).

In comparison to the same month two years ago (October 2022), the import increased by 8.1 thsd metric tons (+71.9%).

YTD, the import of flat rolled steel amounted to 183.8 thsd metric tons, which is 17.6 thsd metric tons (+10.6%) more compared to the same period last year.
