Ukraine: Imports of flat rolled steel for December 2024

According to data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in December 2024, the import of flat rolled steel (HS Code: 7208) amounted to 33.7 thsd metric tons.

The import increased by 9.4 thsd metric tons (+38.7%) compared to the previous month.

Compared to December 2023, the import of flat rolled steel year-on-year increased by 3.8 thsd metric tons (+12.8%).

The import grew by 12.4 thsd metric tons (+57.8%) compared to the same month two years ago (December 2022).

The import of flat rolled steel YTD amounted to 341.2 thsd metric tons, exceeding last year's value by 27.4 thsd metric tons (+8.7%).
