According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2024, the import of flat rolled steel (HS Code: 7208) amounted to 11.0 K MT.

Compared to the previous month, the import dropped by 1.1 K MT (-9.3%).

Compared to August 2023, the import of flat rolled steel year-on-year increased by 1.1 K MT (+10.8%).

In comparison to the same month two years ago (August 2022), the import showed a decrease of 15.0 K MT (2.4 times).

The import of flat rolled steel YTD amounted to 148.4 K MT, exceeding last year's value by 11.9 K MT (+8.7%).
