Ukraine: Imports of flat rolled steel for August 2025

According to data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2025, the import of flat rolled steel (HS Code: 7208) amounted to 16.7 thsd metric tons.

Compared to the previous month, the import dropped by 11.5 thsd metric tons (-40.9%).

In comparison to August 2024, the import of flat rolled steel showed a year-on-year decrease of 22.4 thsd metric tons (2.3 times).

The import dropped by 6.4 thsd metric tons (-27.8%) compared to the same month two years ago (August 2023).

The import of flat rolled steel YTD amounted to 227.8 thsd metric tons, falling by 5.6 thsd metric tons (-2.4%) compared to the previous year.
