According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of electric motors (HS Code: 8501) in December 2025 amounted to 114.6 thsd pcs.

Compared to the previous month, the import decreased by 3.9 thsd pcs (-3.3%).

Compared to December 2024, the import of electric motors year-on-year decreased by 41.1 thsd pcs (-26.4%).

Relative to the same month two years ago (December 2023), the import rose by 34.1 thsd pcs (+42.4%).

The import of electric motors YTD amounted to 552.5 thsd pcs, falling by 163.8 thsd pcs (-22.9%) compared to the previous year.
