According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in December 2024, the import of sanitary pads (HS Code: 9619) totaled 1.2 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 23.3 metric tons (+2.0%).
Year-on-year, the import of sanitary pads dropped by 725.4 metric tons (-38.4%) compared to December 2023.
Compared to the same month two years ago (December 2022), the import decreased by 96.6 metric tons (-7.7%).
YTD, the import of sanitary pads totaled 16.2 thsd metric tons, which is 968.9 metric tons (-5.6%) less than last year's figure.
