According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of
Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in October 2024, the export of cigars and cigarettes (HS Code: 2402) amounted to 243.5 mln pcs.
Compared to the previous month, the export decreased by 123.6 mln pcs (-33.7%).
Year-on-year, the export of cigars and cigarettes dropped by 218.0 mln pcs (-47.2%) compared to October 2023.
In comparison to the same month two years ago (October 2022), the export showed a decrease of 113.0 mln pcs (-31.7%).
The export of cigars and cigarettes YTD amounted to 3.6 B pcs, falling by 696.1 mln pcs (-16.3%) compared to the previous year.
