Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of cigars and cigarettes (HS Code: 2402) in May 2024 reached 355.5 mln pcs.
Compared to the previous month, the export grew by 20.5 mln pcs (+6.1%).
Compared to May 2023, the export of cigars and cigarettes year-on-year decreased by 73.6 mln pcs (-17.2%).
In comparison to the same month two years ago (May 2022), the export showed a decrease of 128.3 mln pcs (-26.5%).
YTD, the export of cigars and cigarettes totaled 1.7 B pcs, which is 103.5 mln pcs (-5.8%) less than last year's figure.
