According to data from the National Statistics Office of Georgia , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in November 2025, the import of cigars and cigarettes (HS Code: 2402) totaled 661.4 mln pcs.

The import decreased by 20.8 mln pcs (-3.0%) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the import of cigars and cigarettes rose by 199.9 mln pcs (+43.3%) compared to November 2024.

In comparison to the same month two years ago (November 2023), the import increased by 64.2 mln pcs (+10.8%).

The YTD import of cigars and cigarettes amounted to 7.3 bln pcs, decreasing by 1.5 bln pcs (-16.9%) compared to the same period last year.
