According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of
Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of iron ores (HS Code: 2601) in December 2025 reached 1.1 mln metric tons.
The export dropped by 294.0 thsd metric tons (-21.2%) compared to the previous month.
In comparison to December 2024, the export of iron ores showed a year-on-year increase of 29.2 thsd metric tons (+2.7%).
Relative to the same month two years ago (December 2023), the export declined by 66.1 thsd metric tons (-5.7%).
YTD, the export of iron ores amounted to 11.0 mln metric tons, which is 434.4 thsd metric tons (+4.1%) more compared to the same period last year.
