Kazakhstan: Exports of crude oil for May 2024

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of crude oil (HS Code: 2709) in May 2024 amounted to 6.1 mln metric tons.

The export dropped by 338.9 thsd metric tons (-5.3%) compared to the previous month.

Compared to May 2023, the export of crude oil year-on-year increased by 807.1 thsd metric tons (+15.3%).

In comparison to the same month two years ago (May 2022), the export increased by 293.8 thsd metric tons (+5.1%).

The YTD export of crude oil reached 30.4 mln metric tons, increasing by 1.6 mln metric tons (+5.5%) compared to last year.
