According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of unmanufactured tobacco (HS Code: 2401) in June 2024 amounted to 885.3 MT.

Compared to the previous month, the import dropped by 447.7 MT (-33.6%).

Year-on-year, the import of unmanufactured tobacco declined by 363.8 MT (-29.1%) compared to June 2023.

Relative to the same month two years ago (June 2022), the import declined by 119.4 MT (-11.9%).

The import of unmanufactured tobacco YTD amounted to 5.5 K MT, falling by 535.2 MT (-8.8%) compared to the previous year.
