Kazakhstan: Imports of carbonates for September 2024

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in September 2024, the import of carbonates (HS Code: 2836) amounted to 18.3 K MT.

The import grew by 4.3 K MT (+30.5%) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the import of carbonates declined by 5.8 K MT (-24.0%) compared to September 2023.

The import dropped by 5.3 K MT (-22.3%) compared to the same month two years ago (September 2022).

The YTD import of carbonates amounted to 250.5 K MT, decreasing by 42.8 MT (remained nearly unchanged) compared to the same period last year.
