According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in July 2024, the import of soap (HS Code: 3401) amounted to 3.5 thsd metric tons.

The import decreased by 47.9 metric tons (-1.4%) compared to the previous month.

Compared to July 2023, the import of soap year-on-year decreased by 3.1 thsd metric tons (-47.3%).

The import grew by 692.4 metric tons (+24.9%) compared to the same month two years ago (July 2022).

YTD, the import of soap totaled 21.1 thsd metric tons, which is 5.6 thsd metric tons (-20.9%) less than last year's figure.
