According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of
Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2025, the import of women's clothing (HS Code: 6204) amounted to 1.6 mln pcs.
Compared to the previous month, the import dropped by 130.5 thsd pcs (-7.4%).
Year-on-year, the import of women's clothing dropped by 2.4 mln pcs (2.5 times) compared to August 2024.
In comparison to the same month two years ago (August 2023), the import showed a decrease of 3.8 mln pcs (3.3 times).
The import of women's clothing YTD amounted to 17.3 mln pcs, falling by 7.3 mln pcs (-29.7%) compared to the previous year.
