, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of bananas (HS Code: 803) in September 2025 reached 9.4 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the import increased by 4.2 thsd metric tons (+81.9%).
The import of bananas year-on-year, compared to September 2024, grew by 5.4 thsd metric tons (2.4 times).
In comparison to the same month two years ago (September 2023), the import increased by 4.0 thsd metric tons (+73.4%).
The YTD import of bananas reached 76.7 thsd metric tons, increasing by 16.6 thsd metric tons (+27.6%) compared to last year.
