According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in April 2024, the import of machinery (HS Code: 8479) amounted to 17.6 thsd pcs.

The import dropped by 7.2 thsd pcs (-28.9%) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the import of machinery rose by 7.8 thsd pcs (+79.9%) compared to April 2023.

In comparison to the same month two years ago (April 2022), the import increased by 8.8 thsd pcs (+98.9%).

The YTD import of machinery reached 139.1 thsd pcs, increasing by 65.3 thsd pcs (+88.5%) compared to last year.
