According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in May 2024, the import of electric motors (HS Code: 8501) amounted to 133.5 thsd pcs.

Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 44.0 thsd pcs (+49.2%).

In comparison to May 2023, the import of electric motors showed a year-on-year increase of 30.5 thsd pcs (+29.6%).

In comparison to the same month two years ago (May 2022), the import increased by 7.6 thsd pcs (+6.1%).

The YTD import of electric motors amounted to 437.7 thsd pcs, decreasing by 234.8 thsd pcs (-34.9%) compared to the same period last year.
