Kazakhstan: Imports of medical instruments for February 2024

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of medical instruments (HS Code: 9018) in February 2024 reached 53.4 mln pcs.

Compared to the previous month, the import dropped by 9.4 mln pcs (-14.9%).

The import of medical instruments year-on-year, compared to February 2023, grew by 30.5 mln pcs (2.3 times).

Relative to the same month two years ago (February 2022), the import declined by 10.6 mln pcs (-16.6%).

YTD, the import of medical instruments amounted to 116.2 mln pcs, which is 47.6 mln pcs (+69.5%) more compared to the same period last year.
