According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of tea (HS Code: 902) in September 2024 amounted to 2.3 thsd metric tons.

Compared to the previous month, the import dropped by 215.8 metric tons (-8.7%).

Compared to September 2023, the import of tea year-on-year increased by 268.7 metric tons (+13.4%).

In comparison to the same month two years ago (September 2022), the import increased by 278.2 metric tons (+14.0%).

YTD, the import of tea totaled 20.7 thsd metric tons, which is 6.0 thsd metric tons (-22.4%) less than last year's figure.
