According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2025, the import of tea (HS Code: 902) totaled 2.6 thsd metric tons.

Compared to the previous month, the import increased by 373.8 metric tons (+16.7%).

The import of tea year-on-year, compared to August 2024, grew by 126.9 metric tons (+5.1%).

Relative to the same month two years ago (August 2023), the import declined by 108.5 metric tons (-4.0%).

Year-to-date, the import of tea totaled 21.4 thsd metric tons, up by 2.9 thsd metric tons (+15.9%) compared to the previous year.
