, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of sanitary pads (HS Code: 9619) in February 2024 amounted to 3.3 thsd metric tons.
The import dropped by 1.1 thsd metric tons (-24.9%) compared to the previous month.
In comparison to February 2023, the import of sanitary pads showed a year-on-year decrease of 273.5 metric tons (-7.7%).
Two years ago, in the same month (February 2022), the import increased by 754.9 metric tons (+29.9%).
Year-to-date, the import of sanitary pads reached 7.7 thsd metric tons, down by 523.6 metric tons (-6.4%) compared to last year.
