Ukraine: Imports of confectionery for May 2024

According to data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of confectionery (HS Code: 1704) in May 2024 amounted to 1.3 thsd metric tons.

The import increased by 7.7 metric tons (+0.6%) compared to the previous month.

In comparison to May 2023, the import of confectionery showed a year-on-year decrease of 202.6 metric tons (-13.5%).

The import grew by 519.2 metric tons (+66.6%) compared to the same month two years ago (May 2022).

Year-to-date, the import of confectionery reached 6.6 thsd metric tons, down by 145.8 metric tons (-2.2%) compared to last year.
