Ukraine: Imports of tobacco products for May 2025

According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of tobacco products (HS Code: 2404) in May 2025 amounted to 597.2 mln pcs.
Compared to the previous month, the import increased by 163.1 mln pcs (+37.6%).
Year-on-year, the import of tobacco products dropped by 4.3 mln pcs (-0.7%) compared to May 2024.
Relative to the same month two years ago (May 2023), the import rose by 78.5 mln pcs (+15.1%).
YTD, the import of tobacco products totaled 1.5 B pcs, which is 740.8 mln pcs (-33.6%) less than last year's figure.
