Ukraine: Imports of carbonates for May 2025

According to data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in May 2025, the import of carbonates (HS Code: 2836) amounted to 15.9 thsd metric tons.

Compared to the previous month, the import increased by 5.5 thsd metric tons (+53.1%).

Year-on-year, the import of carbonates dropped by 3.6 thsd metric tons (-18.4%) compared to May 2024.

Relative to the same month two years ago (May 2023), the import rose by 685.2 metric tons (+4.5%).

The YTD import of carbonates reached 66.5 thsd metric tons, increasing by 2.6 thsd metric tons (+4.1%) compared to last year.
