Ukraine: Imports of carbonates for August 2025

According to data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of carbonates (HS Code: 2836) in August 2025 amounted to 16.3 thsd metric tons.

The import increased by 1.5 thsd metric tons (+10.3%) compared to the previous month.

In comparison to August 2024, the import of carbonates showed a year-on-year increase of 326.4 metric tons (+2.0%).

Relative to the same month two years ago (August 2023), the import rose by 674.2 metric tons (+4.3%).

Year-to-date, the import of carbonates totaled 113.0 thsd metric tons, up by 4.7 thsd metric tons (+4.3%) compared to the previous year.
