Ukraine: Imports of electric motors for October 2024

According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of electric motors (HS Code: 8501) in October 2024 amounted to 1.6 mln pcs.
Compared to the previous month, the import dropped by 410.4 thsd pcs (-20.4%).
Compared to October 2023, the import of electric motors year-on-year increased by 997.3 thsd pcs (2.6 times).
In comparison to the same month two years ago (October 2022), the import increased by 906.5 thsd pcs (2.3 times).
YTD, the import of electric motors amounted to 16.9 mln pcs, which is 9.9 mln pcs (2.4 times) more compared to the same period last year.
